FACTORY

The CRJ factory is located in the industrial area of Ras Jebel, 60 Km from Tunis, Tunisia. Ideally situated in the south of the Mediterranean, CRJ serves local and international textile and apparel markets in record times. The factory is spread over 12 000 square meters, backed by premium infrastructures, innovative machinery and 1200 motivated employees.

The factory is fully integrated with services including : Purchasing, Warehousing, Testing, R&D Laboratory, Cutting, Sewing, Washing, Treatment & Finishing. The CRJ covers the full manufacturing process, from sourcing high quality materials and Design to the packaging and export of finished products.

3 large production cutting lines and 1 development cutting line with a capacity of 45 000 pieces/Week

7 polyvalent and well equipped sewing lines producing high quality trousers, chinos, Bermudas, skirts, shorts, shirts and jackets in various kind of fabrics

Embroidery department including 4 innovative machines with large spectrum of technical features

Cutting & Sewing

Washing Department and Laboratory with various state-of-the-art washing, treatments and dyeing capabilities with a capacity of 2 million pieces a year

Sustainable Washing process and machinery including OZONE, E-FLOW, ECOSTONE

Regular Washing processes with stone, enzymatic, brushing, destroy and spray

Dyeing processes including Direct dyeing, Cationic dyes, Tie & dye, Reactive dye etc.

Finishing department to handle special finishing requests with ironing, packaging and world-leading garment quality control to export ‘Retail Ready’ products.
